Shipping for Physical Products

• We process and ship chess boards and other physical products within 2-5 business days after receiving your order.

• Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 5-15 business days for standard shipping.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
  
  

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable to international shipments.
  
  

Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at support@chessnutacademy.com for assistance.

• In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
  
  

Digital Products & Course Access

• Our online video courses and digital content are delivered instantly upon purchase.

• After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with access details to your course. If you do not receive it within 24-48  hours, please contact us.
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@chessnutacademy.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  
  

Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to modify or cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our Refund Policy.
